Women's Running Workshop MAY 18-20 Join Kathleen Anderson of Wintermoon Summersun & Race Director of the Brimson SISU Run/Walk for 24 years, Judy Wick, RN, Sports Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer and Kari Beasley Robertson, RN and qualifier for 96 and 00 Olympic marathon trials, winner of 93 Grandma's Half Marathon for a week end of learning about all aspects of running and racing. Judy has completed the Hawaii Ironman 3 times and over 50 triathlons and running races. Kari has been a competitive runner since junior high school and is a mother of a 2 year old. She will look at running and motherhood. She is the 98 winner of the Ashland Whistle Stop Marathon. The workshop will cover all aspects of running from buying the right shoes, stretching and self-massage, training schedules, learning to pace, eating right and dealing with injuries. There will be an opportunity to go running in the beautiful countryside roads. This is for women who want to learn more about running, racing and triathlons.
